I recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

For holidays and busy seasons, ordering earlier is always best!

🍪 What is your minimum order?

The minimum for custom orders is 1 dozen cookies.

💰 How much do your cookies cost?

Custom decorated sugar cookies start at $40 per dozen, with final pricing based on design complexity, colors, and details.

💳 What are your payment terms?

Full payment is required within 48 hours for orders under 3 dozen cookies.

For orders of 3 dozen or more, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours to secure your order date. The remaining balance is due prior to pickup.

For holiday and presale orders, full payment is due within 48 hours.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

🎨 Can you recreate a design I found online?

Inspiration photos are always welcome! I use them as a guide but do not create exact replicas of another artist's work.

Each set is uniquely designed just for you.

✏️ When will I see my design?

After your order is confirmed, I will follow up within 3–5 days to finalize design details.

⚡ Do you accept last-minute orders?

Sometimes! Orders placed within 7 days of pickup may be subject to a rush fee and are based on availability.

Teaberry Bakes is a home bakery located in Holly Springs, North Carolina.

All orders are porch pickup only. The exact pickup address will be provided after your order is confirmed.
